I really know that the bellydance festival its not taking place at Mena House this year, the news I got was that the opening was done at Nile Maxium, I can not confirm that, according to my source this was because of low atttendence.
For example, Nile Group made the festival even with low attendenc and was an amazing event, please do not be afraid of coming to Egypt.
I am living here and I feel safe, I just avoid Tahir :)
