Starts this Friday the Eid-Al-Adha, so basically the streets are full of improvised barns all over Egypt and the Sacrifices will take place after the first prayer this Friday. I wont be in the street, I always do my best not to see this, I respect but I can not see it.
Kids will wear new clothes and everyone exchange Eid congratulations and animals are scarified in the streets in Egypt in huge amount.
Walking in Cairo on the morning of the first day
of Eid el-Adha seems like a massacre, blood everywhere and the smell is
awful, plus everyone starts marking cars, doors and whatever with the
blood. In my building the stairs always stay full of blood and then they put the skin of the animals drying in balcony's and roof tops, you will see man dressed in white galabeyas with a Knife and covered in red blood also.
As I said I respect everyone, but i do not agree with slaughtering
of so many animals in the middle of the street.

Começa nesta Sexta-feira o Eid-Al-Adha, basicamente as ruas ficao cheias de celeiros improvisados por todo o Egito e, os sacrifícios terão lugar após a primeira oração na proxima sexta-feira. Eu não vou estar na rua, tento sempre nao assistir, nao consigo ver so me da vontade de agarrar nos animais e fugir.
As crianças usam roupas novas e todos se cumprimentam nas ruas com entusiasmo e milhares de animais são sacrificados nas ruas do Egito,
Andar no Cairo, na manhã do primeiro dia do Eid el-Adha parece um massacre de sangue, em todos os sitios o cheiro é horrível, além que tambem comecam a marcar carros, portas e tudo o que lhes apetece com as maos cobertas de sangue. No meu prédio as escadas ficam imundas e depois colocam a pele dos animais a secar nas varandas e telhados, alem dos homens vestidos com galabeyas brancas, com facas e cobertos de sangue.Como eu disse eu respeito todos, mas eu não concordo com o abate de tantos animais, alem da poluicao e falta de higiene, existem talhos para fazer esse trabalho.
